I don't think any words will be enough to show how much we adore The Bar Stewards. Nathan and his team really went above and beyond the required service and made our wedding extra special. From little jokes with our guests & delicious cocktails right through to the set up and quality drinks this is the bar for your next event. After speaking with Nathan I had no doubt the day would be a success. I had no worries or concerns about when or where they would be setting up. Communication was spot on and the team were there on hand to help even before our bar opened. Obviously this isn't Nathan's first rodeo, but it was our first wedding so all of the little insights and tips were welcomed and made such a difference to our day. The bar stewards where great from start to finish, great service, great laugh and just lovely genuine people. They catered too everything we wanted. They where so thoughtful putting a wedding card on our top table signed from all the members of staff. Nothing was a problem for these guys, Went from serving drinks to clearing plates. To moving wedding decorations to make the marquee look amazing! They also captured some great photos for us! All our guest at our wedding complimented them and their work, Honestly truly fantastic! Thank you Nathan and the team!!

I dont even know where to begin with how great Nathan and the bar stewards team have been at our recent Tipi wedding. Communication from start to finish has been fantastic with no detail left undone. The bar set up was amazing you almost couldnt believe it was a mobile set up. Nathan checked in lots throughout the day to make sure we were happy with how everything was going even with non bar related things. The staff were so friendly despite been surrounded by wasps the majority of the night. (The joys of an outdoor wedding!) The drink selection was excellent we got to each pick a Mr & Mrs cocktail as well. Lots of non alcoholic drinks were also available. 11/10 highly recommended!

We had the absolute pleasure of having The Bar Stewards at our wedding on Saturday, the whole team were brilliant from start to finish! We cannot thankyou enough for doing the most amazing job the drinks kept flowing, they all worked really hard to make sure our day ran smoothly. Nathan's communication was brilliant (even when I was asking silly questions) haha. We could not fault any of it! Nathan and his team were absolutely phenomenal. From first meeting pre-pandemic, they supported and kept in touch with us very step of the way (including our own dedicated whats app group) while we grappled with the reality of postponing our wedding. When it came to planning all details were so important to them. We got engaged in Italy so they suggested Limencello. We had our own bespoke Bride and Groom cocktails that reflected our style and taste. They accommodated our need to provide drinks for all different types of palate. Over and above that on the day they supplied extra seating for the reception so we could cater for all guests. They were not phased by the restrictions we needed to work through, Nathan talking us through the guidance step by step and line by line. On the day itself the staff were so lovely, courteous, obliging, they couldn't do enough for us. If this wasnt enough, post wedding, Nathan and his lovely wife Jess asked us where we were honeymooning. When they found out it was at the same place they had done a masterclass at, they called the owner to make sure we were looked after. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Just outstanding.
