I used to go here for the coffee mainly but they did good sandwiches and rolls. Then they get new owners and it all goes. I don't know who does the bread now, but it is awful and the coffee now comes in cups half the size of the old ones which actually look like children's cups they are so small. And the coffee is now rubbish. So the two things that made this store have gone as have the stars I'm leaving.

Brilliant village shop with owners that have a whole wealth of knowledge on the quality products they sell. Amazing homemade sandwiches (everyday) and quiches (on the weekend), coffee (bean to ground), teas, fresh veg, cheeses, meats, one of the best wine selections I have seen in such premises with an owner that is impressive with his recommendations and a great selection of Ales (even Harveys by the crate!) all of the above are locally sourced when and where possible. This is all hosted amongst the usual selection of cheaper supplies which is the only thing you would find in a regular village shop. The team of workers are delightful and always make you feel welcome. It's a genuine shame I can only give 5 stars. The effort that goes into the running and maintenance of this great little shop really does deserve more. Feel blessed to live so close to this place but I recommend stopping by if you are ever close or even a special trip.
