I called to ask for a quote to install a wood stove. They advertise themselves as Hetas installers. The lady I spoke to was very rude, she asked if the flue needed a new liner. How would I know, surely that's their job when they come to survey? I explained that a chimney sweep had advised that our flue was fine but our stove needed replacing. She said 'why don't you ask them to fit it then' I thought this was very rude. She clearly did not want the business. I will not be recommending them, I will try elsewhere.

Replaced an open fire with a heta ambition 5. Great job, great fire. Both Martyn and Lorraine were very patient and helpful while we decided which log burner to have. Highly recommended.
