I just want to say what an excellent company this is. I initially placed an order, but had queries. I placed the order over a Bank Holiday weekend. I received a call from John on the Tuesday morning answering my queries, allowing me to cancel my original order, amending the new order at least twice (thank you John) and being so patient and thorough with my queries. I received my order on the Thursday. I had an issue with one of my items, which was promptly dealt with - thank you. Another order placed since. Excellent service, great products and John is very knowledgeable and knows the products well. Communication was excellent too. 5+ from me Wendy

I cannot praise and thank this company enough! Johns care, service, knowledge, patience and efficiency is outstanding. I have light sensitivity that triggers hay fever type reactions. As I work in greenhouses this was threatening my job. I had endless oral medication, nasal and eye drops, but to little avail. I wore an eye sun shield cap and sunglasses but nothing stopped the eye reaction. How I wish I had known about Eyewear Accessories and cupped sunglasses, long before now. The process of getting the right design and fit of glasses for your face is expertly done. Should the first pair not be spot-on, it is no problem. They come with a tracked return label and you send John photos and he can recommend if adjustment or a different size/design is needed. How refreshing it is to be able to praise a company 100%.
