I would strongly advise given this small novice shop a wide berth. plenty of REAL Professional and Friendly Tackle shops with much better pricing and range than this Hobbies Store. With regards to our transaction items werent sent through payment system now to refund.and all we got from him was abuse and rudeness. in this economic climate to be so rude to customers and not be able to conduct a proper online transaction without abuse and aggression. Unfortunately its all about customer service you cant bully your way into a sale. If you dont like what you do then hang up your floats and jog on because there are hundreds of amazing tackle shops around the area of rye with 300% better service and pricing. So if I were you do your homework look at there true Reviews like this one not the fake ones before it, other platforms too you can see easily using google how bad he is to customers on a regular basis. Made an online purchase. Took my money, No Problem No shipping notification No replies to my emails 2 months and still no goods or refund. Maybe I'll get a reply if someone reads the review .
