I honestly couldnt be happier with the level of service, communication, choice and all round experience with this company. They are very accommodating and dealt with my order promptly and went the extra mile to ensure this whole transaction went smoothly. So happy with my bike, the condition and the fact that they meticulously checked and serviced the bike to ensure it was safe. I was left with no questions about my bike as the covered everything I asked and needed to know. Highly recommended. Plus you get the added bonus of being able to ride from rye harbour into rye if you choose to collect. If not Im sure they are happy to deliver. Excellent day out with Rye Bay ebikes. Martin and Henry couldnt do enough to help, e.g drawing a customised map based on what we wanted to do and were extremely welcoming. Bikes were in great condition and the area has tonnes to see and do. Thanks.

Grt experience with Rye ebikes. They could not have been more helpful. We now have a grt e bike with a one year warranty . Nothing was too much trouble and the bike is excellent
