        Rang through to the surgery yesterday morning and a very polite young man answered the phone .On telling him my problem got straight onto Dr Sil who saw me within 2 hrs Thank you Dr Sil

        My girlfriend has been diagnosed blood pressure the tables didn't suit her she should have been told this before taking the tables side affects main one is dizzy she phoned the surgery no appointments for a week ? What a suprise!!! blood pressure is very dangerous and if not sorted can lead to heart attacks and even death surly people with high and low blood pressure should be sorted ASAP

        No phone queue, called up almost 300 times just get user busy, sends my alresdy high anxiety up the wall

        This review is for Karen the receptionist who is downright rude and literally sighs whenever she answers the phone. She is snappy and lacks compassion. The GPs are not much use either other than Dr Barrat who is the most helpful and wonderful GP I have ever come across.
