A great business, frinedly staff that have always beenhelpful. I've ordered plenty of spares for my aquariums through them, the delivery has always been incredibly fast. Even when I made the mistake of not selecting next day delivery, I was able to phone them up and pay the difference for the postage over the phone. great and helpful company - I wish more where like this. I would recommend without reservation, and will continue to use in the future!

Excellent Service, very fast delivery, I ordered filter pads and impellor for the wrong model of filter, I returned the wrong products and had the correct ones shipped out very quickly! I now always purchase my filter supplies here

Fast delivery, ordered on Monday evening with express shipping, delivered on Wednesday afternoon. Bit of a lack of communication, no order confirmation email or dispatch email which would help alleviate some worries I had after reading the negative reviews. But all in all, good service and the pump head I ordered was in great condition. Perhaps just suffering some issues with their order status system.

Really good experience dealing with this company. Have no idea why there are numerous negative reviews. Ordered Aquaone Vogue 245, and numerous accessories. Tank arrived on a pallet service to the door in perfect condition, not so much as a tear or scuff on the packaging. Good comms by Daniel arranging delivery with us, and what number we were on the delivery list on the day and an estimated delivery time. They did forget to put in a background we ordered and thermometer, but a quick email and this was rapidly resolved and posted the same day. So even if you have an issue they were quick to resolve. Will definitely use them again, and the prices of Aquaone goods were the cheapest I could find by a long way, especially the tank and cabinet set.
