        Rang up to speak to a doctor regarding my dad's cancer medication having already speaking to loros who advised us to ring and was brushed aside by the receptionist saying they are full to capacity and would have to ring back tomorrow. This practice is nothing but a stumbling block and has been since my dads diagnosis. No problem with the doctors just trying to get to them is the issue.
