The agent should just offer the vendor a modern day auction if this is what you're really offering. Although, your not Ebay are you Jamie @ Enfields. Hope the chain breaks down or the new buyers can't get a mortgage. Interestingly, 48% of properties are being over valued by agents and subsequently re valued by mortgage companies and then the sale breaks down.

If your looking for an estate agent these are the ones to go for. When others in the area where arrogant in their behavior Enfeilds where professional and calm even through the most stressful situations. Could not recommend enough.

From start to finish the staff at Enfields Hythe were amazing polite,professional and very supportive especially with some problems along the way which were issues from other parties and not Enfields I would definitely recommend them as a really professional and friendly estate agent,well done to all at Enfields.
