I have been compelled to write this review for RKD and give a 5 Star rating because of the experience I recently had with this company, and in particular, the person that took my initial call. Its not every day that I feel the need to express my gratitude for the help, support and customer service that I receive from a company, but with this company, I felt that it was important to share my positive experience. I spent days researching the internet for GRP trims and other roofing materials for a 2 roof project and decided to call RKD to confirm what I needed to complete the work. I spoke to Neil Sutton who I can honestly say was one of the most helpful contacts I've ever spoken to in a company. He listened to what I was looking to do with the 2 roof project that I had undertaken to complete myself, he advised accordingly. He asked me to email him with pictures of all the areas and sections of the roofs that I was going to be working on, and promptly came back to me within 24 hours with suggestions, most of which were at a lesser cost than what I had actually listed. Neil also assured me that he would be there to help me with any technical issues that I may have, and that was whether or not I purchased the products from his company or another company. That was exactly what I needed to hear in order to give me the confidence to order from RKD. I found it necessary to contact Neil a few more times to ascertain that I'd actually understood what I needed to order and found that he had the time and patience to help me. I would therefore recommend this company to anyone, both domestic and professional. Honest, reasonably priced and above all, great customer service. Thank you Neil and keep up the great service. Amazing service , professional advice , attention to details of every customers problem . Helps me a lots and saved me lots of time and add confidence when dealing with builders about right product and job . Manager Neil helped me a lot and saved me from potential problem with my roof in the future . Big thanks !

Would highly recommend this company. They have the personal touch and were very prompt in getting my materials out to me. When they arrived there was an error in one of the adhesives which was dealt with extremely promptly and replacement arrived the next day. Cannot recommend them highly enough for quality of products and excellent customer service.

Absolute delight to deal with. Spoke to Neil who handled my enquiry, he was extremely helpful and friendly and gave me the confidence to make the purchase. I was told the delivery would take between 1&3 days it came on day 2. First Class service from a first class company. Would highly recommend !!
