West Cliff Hall Residential Care Home

My wife did not survive a horrific accident we had at Waterloo Station back in October 21. I spent some time in Southampton General Hospital and on December 1st my brother put me into West Cliff Hall Residential and I have now been here for seven months. The staff have been very supportive, the accomodation is very comfortable ,the food is excellent and the mediction for all is covered by visits from the local surgury on two days of the week. Not only is the enthusiasm of the residents encouraged but we are entertained by visiting artists The company mini-bus takes to points of interested in the New Forest and even some where taken sailing at the local dissabled sailing centre. West Cliff Hall is high on a hill , a very impressive building with views of Southampton Docks and the constant movement of cruise liners to the North and the New Forest to the South. A wonderfull place to retire if you have any medical problems.

A wonderful residential home overlooking Southampton Water. Superb care, great facilities, friendly and warm staff and a comfortable home. Highly recommended

Westcliff Hall is a very welcoming care home. It's in a beautiful setting over looking southampton waters. Friendly staff, with high standards of care. Wonderful activities available for residents within the home or trips out.

First class person centred care in clean and comfortable surroundings. FrIendly knowledgable staff who care for the residents with dignity and respect. Highly recommend.
