Everyone is very welcoming, if you dont know something theres always someone to teach you. Very disappointed that I cannot attend on Saturday.

New forest martial arts are amazing. Focused on discipline and teaching children focus, my daughter loves going every week and practices at home her dream is to be a black belt and Im sure with continued support she will reach her goal.

My son has attended Karate since he was 3 and a half years old (hes 13 now) and absolutely loves it. The classes are inclusive, no-one is overlooked, respect is taught and shown to all students and it shows both in class and out. He also, along with me, attends a Jiu Jitsu class once a weekgreat fun, welcoming and will leave you breathless :) I anyone is thinking of giving either Karate, Jiu Jitsu or Tai Chi a godo it! You wont be disappointed.

I practice tai chi with this club. I firmly believe that without the guidance of Sensei I would be struggling with spinal problems. Having had two back operations I have found tai chi, under his expert tutelage, has kept me fit and supple. I completely lose myself in my tai chi, and would highly recommend NFMA to everyone.

This karate club runs on traditional lines & has the benefit of 2 Sensei. Senior Sensei being 6 th Dan & Sensei junior being his senior student & a 3rd Dan. You could not wish to train with more experienced teachers. The club has family members of all ages & ability as well a single people wishing to practise martial arts. I joined 7 years ago & can say that it had changed my life for the better. Dont take my word for it though, come & see for yourself.
