It has taken 3 years and 11 months to finalise my cousins estate. It has been a dreadful experience from the start. I would not recommend them to anyone. I have been passed through several people over this time and unfortunately completely ignored by the Directors. So disappointed at the lack of communication and I have had to chase constantly. The only reason I am not taking this further is that I do not want to spend another 3 years dealing with this. However my thanks to Claire for finally bringing this to a close for me, the only person who has genuinely wanted to help. The sad bit is that you have totally let my cousin down.

I would like to thank Samantha Gilby and the team at the Hythe office for handling both my sale and purchase which had a few complications on the sale side, excellent communication by emails and phone helped ease what is always a stressful time when moving home.
