What a gem! A rare occasion when all the 5-star reviews are well deserved. A unique location, never heard of Hythe (Hamps) before I booked. Walk for 30 mins in one direction and you will be in the New Forest, surrounded by wild ponies. The ferry next to the accommodation will take you to the hustle and bustle of Southampton Quay for shopping/lunch. The house itself is clean and comfortable - with everything you need for a relaxing break. Wonderful hosts, whose local knowledge and sage advice was invaluable. A well-cooked breakfast made with high quality produce. Highly reccommended.

Martin and Elizabeth met us at the door and welcomed us in. They showed us the breakfast room/patio area and then our rooms. We were extremely tired after a trans-atlantic flight and then 2 hours by van to the ferry. We enjoyed the breakfast both mornings. They were very accommodating of our travel schedule and late departure for our ship. The location near two grocery stores and the shops on High street was great.
