Jon was fantastic he turned up on time and was very polite. Mounted a TV in my children bedroom and tidied up the wires behind. He then cleaned up after himself Would call him up for any job around the house Thanks Jon Service: TV mounting

If I could leave no stars, I would!! Due to being a wheelchair user I needed the help of a handyman to mount my tv so then when I am home alone I can turn on my tv. I contacted Jsc for help. He said that they can come Friday in the afternoon (no rough time given which was fine as I was to be home all day). At 10:46am I recieved a text to tell me they were out side. I was unfortunately asleep, having M.S I do stay in bed until late morning. My phone is put on silent jntil i wake up to allow me peace. I was not expecting them in the morning (for some reason no knock on the door or ring of door bell to wake me to let them in). I messaged to ask whether I would still be receiving a visit from them in the afternoon like they had said only to be told 'sorry, but I am miles away'. The company is clearly not disabled friendly!! Avoid!! First time writing a review, but this is awful behaviour of a business EDIT. Rude reply in regards to not informing Jsc of my M.S (don't particularly wish to tell all of my illness) we would have been 'singing from the same hyme sheet' and they wouldn't have turned up at the wrong time. Apparently were unable to find door entry system on back door?! Love how this is my (the customers) fault.... professional
