        Shame this has been taken over and poorly run. Good staff members but charge high prices and dont get much back in return. Cold pool, no sauna and steam and broken gym equipment.

        Staff are rude and extremely unhelpful, when arriving at the gym for the first time, the woman behind the counter ignored me, which I didn't mind due to the 2 mums and a group of children, next these line of people just kept piling passed me, she finally acknowledged me and said "asked me what are you waiting for?" I said it my first visit to the gym, she replied"with we need to get these people throw." swimming pool freezing. When I asked a lifeguard what's the code for the sauna, she replied with "it's not" I said sorry what's the code? "It's not open!" With an extremely condescending tone in her voice.
