Absolutely stunning bespoke bookcase which arrived a few days ago. I am so happy with it. What made all the difference was being able to email them a diagram for the proportions I wanted and getting back a scale computer drawing based on it within 24 hours, with a quote. The result is spectacular and good value. Very sturdy and well made. The kind of furniture that gives you pleasure just to look at it. Great company, will definitely be using them again.

Dishonest, incompetent, laughable. Ordered a TV Unit on the 13th November. Dispatch expected 28th November. Dispatch kept getting 'delayed', and emails went back and forth in December with vague comments from New Forest Rustic Furniture (NFRF) like this on the 8th December: 'I believe your order will be leaving us tomorrow :)'. I finally got confirmation on the 15th December that it would be delivered via XDP but NFRF were 'not too sure' when this would happen. On the 19th December we were told the TV Unit had been lost and that they would re-make it, send it and have it delivered by the 4th January. Then this one got 'lost' too so NFRF said they would make and send a third! Supposedly to be delivered with 'white glove service' today, Friday 13th January. I haven't heard anything from the Manager, Louise, since Tuesday when she said on the phone that she would confirm today's delivery. Two emails have gone unanswered. We are getting a refund via our credit card, and will choose a reputable company in future.

I am so happy with my purchase, they have been so helpful matching my colour of my furniture to my new tv table . I will be buying more stuff from them . Very friendly service and delivery wonderful. A big thank you to all the people who made it and to the lovely owner of company. Outstanding service . Thanks guys
