        Excellent friendly service. I have bought quite a few electric blinds from here. All excellent and reliable. However my oldest blind needed the string fixing, which they did at no charge to my pleasant surprise. Definitely my go-to shop for all blinds for my house.

        Needed a part for our blind which had been previously fitted by Waterside Blinds. I spoke to customer services and was told an engineer had to deal with it. I waited most of the day but no phone call. I called the next day no answer.... Ordered the part from elsewhere and I sorted it myself... Not very good customer service in my opinion.
