Being a single mum I was nervous about buying a car from a garage,having not long lost my older son who would usually come wiv me ,I cant thank them all enough for their time ,kindness and patience,this is the second time iv been fortunate to purchase a car from them and really cant thank them all enough,Kelvin,Jamie,Dean ,Mitchell,Luke and Mohammed u have all been amazing,welcoming,helpful and genuinely lovely blokes ,I cant sing your praises enough.Sorting out my finances,insurance,my test drive,answering any questions lots of giggles and tears along the way after learning some of u knew my late son .Thank u all soooo much for also taking your time to look after my elderly mum wiv water and even offering to buy her lunch.No words

Would like to thank Birchwood for all their help with the car weve just purchased from them. Theyve been brilliant. My daughter had just had a bad accident and theyve been superb. Theyve been so helpful with the car, sorted my daughters finance for us cant thank them enough. Cannot rate these guys high enough and would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to purchase a car. 5 star customer service
