Best place in town, visited 3 times in the last month, absolutely smashing the way they do burgers and the chicken wings/thighs, they melt in your mouth

Went in to order and collect my food. The place was dirty and unfriendly. The staff treated me more like an inconvenience than a valued customer. They didn't have the first 2 items I tried to order. Eventually got bonless chicken wings with honey and sweet chilli sauce and cheesy chips. The wings were simply deep-fried and then coated in a cheap generic sweet chilli sauce with very little flavour. The chips were fried then covered in cheese and microwaved which left them hard when I got them home. I think they need to sort their facility and staff out and improve their food offer or face losing money and clientele.
