        Wont give me my deposit back after asking several times! (There was nothing wrong with what I gave back) they just keep saying they will give me my deposit back then don't and ignoring my messages! Also most of the teacups were chipped or had tea stains. Wont be using again.

        Requested a quote which I received, asked for 2 smaller items to be removed as no longer required and wanted to proceed with the hire. Never heard back from them even though I tried to make contact via email and by phone - mailbox was full so unable to leave a message. This is very disappointing as the quote was reasonable and initial communication was friendly and helpful - this is why I have given 2 stars.
