They supplied a faulty cooker with 1 year warranty but wouldn't replace it. Zaik told me that it would take less than 4.5 minutes to boil water and tenant sent me video it took more than 6 minutes to boil half a cup of water. Its a unregistered company trading on the name of HS Carpet and Furnishing Ltd. which supplies only carpets items and not appliances. They are not paying tax as this is not the business they are showing on paper. They have cheated me by suppling faulty cooker and now blocked me when I told them that I shall take it legally. Zaik wouldn't give me his company number to raise the legal case. Zaik clearly said, "I wouldn't provide you my company details" and blocked me now. Attached evidence as Zaik or T Khan or whosoever name is trying to get away from it. Also, not it is illegal to trade or repair without correct permissions as this would lead to hazards. I am taking this to consumer and trading standards and update the review whenever possible.

Friendly service. Delivered on the same day we made an enquiry, took away our old oven and installed the other one. He gave us a thorough run through of the functions and answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Extremely pleased with the service recieved from Imran. Prompt services delivered fridge and cooker took away and disposed of the old appliances Will happily recommend in the future.
