Not Dreams, it's a Nightmare. The bed is overpriced. The material used has not a good quality, and the crew that delivered was not studious. They damaged my walls. They denied it! Totally dissappointing. Also, I have bought this online and couldn't have any chance to touch the real bed before. So photos would not tell you everything online. Especially, the drawer handles are so weak and razor sharp. You can injure your leg. Yes I bought it on Black Friday with discount but I don't pay it with Monopoly Money so it has a price.1,035.00! As a customer, I have a right to get good customer service and product. The discount you made would not make you right! This product and service don't deserve this price. Would never recommend it.

Given 5* as sales man was very nice guy helped us as much as he could but we got a better deal down the road...

Two stars is to be nice. Typical bold matress sales man tactics. Guy was very confident kept talking and made us feel uncomfortable, we wanted to leave. Then at the end mentioned that the prices will be changing in coming days which is also a pressure sales tactic, these things are so old school! Also dreams policy is no return just exchange which is off putting especially if you are not happy with the matress. Online stores generally have a 100 day return policy. Although he wanted to convince us it's all about how your body feels, to me, I have to sleep on a mattress for a while before I can say it's good. He didn't agree of course (we did not purchase anything, despite customer care replying to this with a fake order number)
