Clueless company, cant even keep to an appointment.

I was scheduled an appointment at 2pm on 23/06/21. I called at 2.15pm to find out where the contractor was. I got this rude man on the phone saying they are still waiting for someone else to arrive at their office and he kept saying he is 5 minutes away from the office for about an hour. The man then passed the phone to his colleague because I said a phone call would have been courteous. He then said to his colleague "I can't f***ing deal with this."

Service was okay up until the money was paid! They installed my staircase with sap in the tread, third tread up (see photo). The look of the oak staircase is ruined and is something that could have so easily been avoided if they had factory quality control. Delivery was a farce, my builders had to help the old man get the staircase in the house, which arrived a day before the stairs were due to be installed (where is one expected to store a second staircase?). The owner Gary, is rude and offensive, and became very confrontational and aggressive when I spoke to him about the ruined third step. He offered no solution only passing blame to others, such as the French polisher (sap has no pigment and can not be coloured). I want to give this shambles of a company zero stars, but google will not let me. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!
