I cannot thank Ross and the team for everything they did for my mums funeral. They are caring, compassionate and friendly. My niece wanted to go and do my mums hair and nails for the last time and Ross was there for her if she needed him. They also conducted my dads funeral in 2019 and I just cannot praise them enough for the care they took of both my mum and dad, thank you so much.

Respectful, caring, friendly and helpful from the start of our sad journey to the day of the funeral. Ross was present from day 1, when my brother passed. His kindness and warmth helped my parents n I like he will never know. He along with his staff dealt with everything, which made the process easier and less stressful for us. Karen was very prompt and warm with responses On the day 7/3/22 Ross allowed us to do what our wishes wereaand was with me and our boys every step of the way.
