Dont bother going there. Extremely rude owner. Not sure if he is running a business or fixes up bikes as a hobby for himself. If it is a business I think he needs a few lessons in customer service. I asked him about a vintage Raleigh bike on his forecourt and he couldn't tell me anything about it other than it would be at least 700 after he had fixed it up (currently not roadworthy) and he had no timeframe for when that would be and refused to give any details of what he would do and to what spec. There was no other customer in his shop at the time. If you're gonna throw a price at the customer, be prepared to tell them about the product and your plans for it! A smile wouldn't go amiss either.

Most miserable man ever! Acted as if we were an inconvenience to him. Reluctantly took the bike to him after a phone call that he seemed disinterested in to take. Didn't even open the gate to look at my bike or the tyres. I ended up leaving. Wasted journey. Absolute waste of time. Elm Park bike shop so much better.
