I was given an appointment very promptly upon making contact. The treatment was very fairly priced, I was thoroughly informed throughout and felt in safe hands with Sonal who did the upmost to ensure I was taken care of during and after my treatment.

Unfortunately I developed quite pronounced skin pigmentation ,which fanned out , starting from the apple of my cheeks up to my eyebrows . I thoroughly researched the best clinic to treat my problem . I am absolutely delighted with the results of the process and care . Whilst it is an ongoing process ,which will always need treatment , my main therapist: Sonal has been extremely helpful, providing lots of information and support. She has been realistic and practical , explaining the reasons behind the melasma and the best ways of dealing with it. In addition she is really passionate about what she does and very encouraging. In conclusion I am delighted that Sonal is my main therapist !!! Long may that continue!!

The Vbeam treatment from Sonal has changed my skin. I suffered for years with redness and wish I had done the treatment ages ago as its so effective. Sonal is lovely and her knowledge about skin is incredible.

Amazing! I had 3 VBeam treatments for rosacea and red veins on my face. So pleased with the results and Ive now got my confidence back. The consultants are so friendly, professional and very approachable too. Fully recommend! Cant thank you enough

I visited Riverbanks in December 2022 for laser treatment done by Dr Sonal it was excellent,friendly, treatment was done professionally and was put at ease all way through,highly recommend this clinic all staff from start to finish were brilliant would definitely use again thank you so much all of you.
