        Went for a coffee Easter Sunday at the Brasserie Lovely place , shame that the person that served at the bar had not the slightest idea how to do a coffe and all the cups were dirty 7 drinks and except an orange juice none of the rest were drinked, This is supposed to be a 5 hotel ,and the prices dont come cheap, You need to either train or pay the right staff

        Gone downhill. Such a shame as this was a favourite venue and their Sunday roast was a treat. Now it's just over priced with the same quality and menu as a Wetherspoons. Very sad.

        I cant say how bad this experience was. The service was incredibly slow, indifferent and hostile (to questions or requests) the food was appalling, cold, reheated pasta (with a crust) and the worst pizza Ive ever tasted which cost 18.
