    I have been training with Lewis for 9 months and have really enjoyed working on my strength training, mobility, and core. He offers a varied training programme and adjusts the sessions to what is happening outside the session and with my body, which I appreciate. Lewis holds me accountable but does so in a firm but kind way!! I would definitely recommend Lewis

    Lewis has been excellent at growing my confidence in a gym, giving me the knowledge and skills to improve my whole round fitness. Hes excelled at creating specific programmes for my changing needs from loosing weight to passing my RAF fitness test. For someone who had never stepped into a gym, Lewis has helped me fall in love with training. Would highly recommend!

    Absolutely outstanding PT. I have played sport all my life, to a reasonable level but had never stepped inside a gym. I am 51 and the exertions at rugby, cricket and tennis were taking their toll and the recovery time was becoming a problem. Over the last 6 months Lewis has assessed me, developed a personal programme to suit me and I now feel fitter than I have for approx. 20 years. I have also lost over 2 stone and have had to buy a new wardrobe, but it is worth it. So no matter your age, weight, fitness or objectives, if you are reading this to consider using Lewis, read no further and sign yourself up. Thanks mate, you've been amazing. That no sweat policy didn't last too long though did it...

    I started training with lewis over a year ago. Hes very knowledgable and a great coach. I came to Lewis for help to loose weight, improve my fitness and to change my nutrition. From two session a week becoming 3 sessions a week I cant get enough of them! Every time I see him he has something different up his sleeve to keep me on my toes whether its introducing new exercises into routines or even using new equipment. Im seeing great results and I cant thank lewis enough for that!
