    Came in just to have a look round, and had a budget in mind, met Andrew shaw, spoke about what i wanted the car to have, and he sat down with me And found the perfect car for me, nothing was too much for him he made sure all my needs was met, it was a pleasure to deal with him, answered any questions kept checking in with me and kept me updated if anything changed, and all the staff in the centre are really helpful. Would recommend 100% !!!

    It was inchcape Cheshire oaks not Hyde. Had to book 6 weeks in advance to get warranty work done so they had a loan car for me. Turned up on the day only to be told there are no cars leaving me stranded in ellsmere port 15 miles from home and with no transportation till work was done. They had car for 8 days with little communication.

    I bought my Q5 from Audi Hyde with a 2 year warranty. I had been having issue with my rear parking sensor for a few months and hence took it back to hyde. I thought if there is a problem, I would be able to claim it under warranty and hence took it to you guys. I was told it is unlikely it would be covered under warranty. I was charged 100 for diagnostics but came back without even having the problem diagnosed. I was told the bumper will need to be removed and suggested to take it to a body shop to see if swapping the sensors makes a difference. No other diagnostics were performed. I drove all the way from Bradford for essentially nothing. I was called by customer representative few days later but they caught at a busy moment and was unable to give her my honest review. I rang back and and explained all of the above to another customer representative and was told I would be called back by someone but I never got a call back. I had good customer experience previously with the service manager donna but unfortunately the customer experience this time was poor and I will not be taking my car back to Audi Hyde or buying any extended warranty again.
