Nothing too much trouble for Chris, explaining what is required from each session in simple terms, and providing all the necessary information/material to put in place an enjoyable training and nutrition routine, making goals more achievable than ever.
Strong focus on making the necessary lifestyle changes to achieve goals, rather than unenjoyable fad diets or hours of tedious cardio.
I have been a member of many gyms, generally paying for the membership without using the gym/classes as didnt enjoy or would lose motivation, but now look forward to going and attend as many sessions as my time allows with no hesitation.

The way in which Chris approaches the sessions has totally changed my perspective, from dreading exercise, to actually enjoying (yes!) and seeing the benefits of it (2 stone down and importantly feeling much fitter).
Chris is down to earth, patient, adapts the exercises to your ability whilst still making sure he keeps you motivated throughout your sessions and importantly keeps them fun and lighthearted. He understands that sometimes we all come off the rails and have that cheat meal but always makes sure you get right back on track.
This, coupled with regular checks ins and support to achieve your goals throughout the week, shows how Chris really does go above and beyond to get you to where you want to be.
Ive still got some way to go on my fitness journey, but I know I will get there with the help of Chris and the support of the CFitness Team. Bring on 2023!
