Id like to say a massive thankyou to valli opticians from the minute i walked in they was so wellcoming so friendly and extremely proffessional, they made me 2 sets of glasses and due to an eye condition 1 pair didnt suit my needs, they corrected this and it wasnt down to the opticians but what they did for me the patience they had was overwhelming they went above and beyond to help me and the impact it has actually made, ill always be thankful

I visited Mitchells Opticians in Hyde to purchase new glasses. I was greeted by Vicky who was professional and friendly. I was then handed over to Tim who helped me choose my new glasses. Tim was helpful and professional. He was very honest at what glasses suited me or not. When I finally chose the pair I liked at a reasonable price I was very Happy. Tim said 10 days for delivery, they came in 9. Tim fitted the glasses to my face and they look wonderful, and I can see clearer again. yay I would recommend Mitchells in Hyde for New Glasses every time. I have been taking my family to Mitchells at Hyde for a couple of years now, and have found them fantastic. The eye tests are comprehensive, choosing and fitting glasses are excellent and the aftercare is really good. I had some bad experiences with an optician before this, so was delighted to get such good service . It is well worth driving the extra few miles.
