Absolutely disgusting they cancelled my appointment yet again, 6th time now in 3 months. Rude staff. No apologies nothing. Going to someone else after 16+ years! Would give zero if possible

Staff are very helpful but the chairs they use for eye testing were very low and difficult for old people to get up from and require serious looking into.

I was told on the phone my appointment was 9:30 and received a text saying 9:30 I show up and the girl on the desk was completely and utterly rude. No smile and very blunt. Said your appointment was nine you missed it I apologised as I made a human error, as everyone does every once in a while. The optician saw me anyway and was horrible. The first thing she said missing your appointment ey, thats not good enough and then expecting to be seen I apologised again. Then after my 5 minute assessment she said again dont be late next time I could of been busy and this could of taken longer. Maybe the staff should think how they act and speak before being so rude, people have stuff going on in their lives, you never know what goes on behind closed doors, I have a lot going on and made a mistake and got mixed up. Very very unhappy.
