Absolutely disgusting telephone manner the polish/Rumania woman has I was supposed to be going for an interview today 02/09/21 at 13.30pm in Hyde..I check double check everything and I had an email confirming this and a text message as well.. The woman said if I don't come for the interview on the 31/01/21 then my application would be void I reiterated there mistake but to no avail Personally if they have the Gaul to speak to potential workers like that then I think iv dodged the bullet...and the Rumania/polish woman needs firing after speaking to me like that Avoid Imagine if you are working for them and had a phone call like that...

Absolute time wasters. Applied for a role and they waited until I turned up for my interview to advise me they won't interview as I've applied for a role before. If they are like this with recruitment god forbid what they are like with clients. I'd search for a more organised company if I was you.

I have been here a couple of months now and i have been made to feel ever so welcome I really do feel part of the integral team and i am looking forward to my future here at Able care. i am very lucky to have such a good management team behind me and nothing is to much trouble for the higher management team the staff here are all amazing and really do a wonderful job. As i said before i am very very proud to be part of the Able care team

They promise you everything in the interview, but in reality you get very little of those promises if anything at all. They say you are going to work in a certain area, put you somewhere else saying nobody is employed for certain areas. May I suggest all the managers get together so that each of you know exactly what gets said so you don't have to lie for each other. Very over friendly, not a nice company to work for. Shadowing is so dis-organised it's laughable. The amount of calls expected of one person in one day are shocking. Seems like new management has a lot to learn.

Unfortunately management buyout and change of staff has affected quality of service since my 5 star review 10 months ago.
