I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Lawson Spencer from BT, and I must say that my experience has been nothing short of a disaster. Lawson made false promises and used dodgy tactics to lock me into a 5-year contract, which has left me frustrated and paying far more than I should be. Throughout this ordeal, Lawson has been unresponsive and unhelpful. He remained attentive only up until the point when I signed the contract. It appeared that his primary concern was obtaining his commission, rather than offering a dependable service or prioritizing the welfare of his clients. I am now locked in a 5-year contract, paying substantially more than I was initially led to believe. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with Lawson Spencer from BT, as my experience has been a complete mess that I have spent 9 months trying to resolve.
