No customer service just wasting time And they always trying rib me of Thieves

Poor customer service from accounts team, no interest in fulfilling clients requests. I have ceased to trade since 1st Feb 23 and on numerous occasions requested for my account & domain to be closed. Seems they only care when it comes to sales, marketing campaigns and live orders. I am getting sent invoices for marketing and domain costs on a weekly basis even though I have ceased to trade, site is showing as holiday mode and they have no access to google page so not sure where these costs are arising from. Head office to get if their backsides instead of this robotic auto reply ticketing acknowledgment behaviour.
