    Terrible customer service for a customer service company. They ignore your request to amend an account within the notice period. Then say when the notice period is over, that your account wasn't changed before the notice period.

    An absolute SCAM of a company. One thing about this company is quite funny: They offer a support product, yet offer 0 support themselves. They've now even switched to deleting all their support email addresses, and instead only use a chat, where you need to wait for 15 min minimum to get connected to someone. If you dont wait then you inquiry is dismissed. What on earth? --- The issue: We are on a yearly plan, paying over 6000 EUR per year. We've recently paid our second year of this product where nothing works, overly expensive and full of bugs. A week ago, they tried to bill us an additional 600. We tried asking them why and blocked the payment. 4 times we reached out, and we've received 0 replies. They are now sending us emails "your account will be frozen". AKA: our whole support system would be frozen because we are not willing to pay for a 600 charge that we don't recognize and don't agree with. We've literally just been trying to understand what this charge is since we've pid over 6000 EUR for this horrible product. What kind of scam product is able to just charge customers without justification and then threaten to block an account when a whole year has been upfront??????
