I have been to this clinic many times, personally not for myself but for my wife. Given the outstanding warm welcome from lovely Rachel as soon as you enter the clinic and highly skilled staff Sania and Farihah whove been outstanding with the treatments and the whole process. Dr Adil who is highly skilled and filled with great knowledge which gives me the confidence and comfort to know we are in safe hands and at the right place! Thanks for being awesome.

I have been struggling to find the right clinic to treat my facial hair for many years due to PCOS. I am soo pleased and relieved to say I have now finally not only found but seen some exceptional results within a few sessions of laser hair removal. After having my first initial consultation with Dr Adil, I felt confident in going ahead with my treatment plan at Skin Science Clinic. Sania and Farihah both have been outstanding with performing the treatment, making me feal at ease and comfortable during the process. Rachel at reception is very warm welcoming and always provides excellent service. Thank you all soo much especially for giving me the confidence I have been seeking for soo many years!! I finally feel comfortable in no longer hiding my face!! I look forward to continuing my laser hair removal treatments now and in the future at Skin Science Clinic.

I can not fault this clinic, I was recommended the clinic by a family member whos a regular patient at the clinic and absolutely loves going there! I have had Botox and combination of BBL&MOXI laser treatment which has honesty changed my skin, as I am in my late 50s and wanted to get rid of my fineline and wrinkles and didnt have any knowledge on either of those treatments as it was my first time , my daughter recommended me Dr Sarwar who explained the science behind the Botox and what I were to expect! Event during the treatment he made sure I was comfortable. Everything was very well explained to me regarding the Botox! The therapist who did my treatment was also very knowledgeable and talked me through all the steps of the treatment . I loved my first ever experience of both treatments, loving the results already and its only been few weeks since Ive had my treatments done. Would for sure recommend and will be coming back for more treatments! The clinic was clean and very aesthetically appealing.

Came to this lovely clinic today with my friend for a VI Peel. From start to finish we had such an amazing experience, very welcoming, very professional, super friendly. My esthetician was Freya, she was fantastic, very thorough with her explanation, reassured me throughout the entire treatment, I was nervous but at ease equally, She really was exceptional. We were welcomed by Rachel who has been fantastic prior the treatment emailing me back and forth. On arrival we were served drinks by sania, just a really ovely welcome. Definitely recommend this establishment to everyone, I myself would like to return for BBL and moxi laser. Thank you Freya Rachel and team. Ferdous Urbanowicz

Edit: Its now difficult to get an appointment via the contact form or email. I tried to book a service on 28/07/22 but was told that they were fully booked and that they would update me. Never heard back. Also tried to book the same treatment via email on 25/01/23 but did not even get a response. I really liked this clinic but customer service has deteriorated. Skin Science Clinic is the best when it comes to quality of service and treatments. I love the fact that they serve you a drink and biscuit before your treatment. Tip: the hot chocolate is so good! I first came to the clinic to have a spot injection. I had an annoying pimple that appeared a few days before Christmas, and I was desperate to get rid of it. Dr. Sarwar administered the injection and my pimple was gone in 24 hours. I also had a consultation with him before the treatment, and he explained everything clearly. So impressive. I also had a medi facial, which was done by Francesca. Shes brilliant. After the consultation, she tailored a facial for my skins needs and suggested products that would help my skin improve. Rachel, the clinic manager is an absolute star as well. She is so kind, accommodating and professional. Ill definitely come back again. And it looks like Ill be a regular.
