I came in to the shop. There was one person in line, who was about to finish their order. Lady finishes up with the customer and I was expecting to be served. She doesnt even acknowledge me AT ALL! she starts to do a Uber eats order before even. Saying a word to me, doesnt even tell me 1 minute or anything just ignores me and starts doing an online order. She adds the meat, cheese, toasts it, salad and packages 2 different subs before she even acknowledges me. Bare in mind Im the only customer in the shop, its been close to 10 minutes and no one has said a word to me. Finally another member of staff, comes out and greets me and starts to take my order. This lady who has been infront of me for 10 minutes hasnt said a word the whole time to me. So the man makes my sub and toasts it, and now theyre both making online orders whilst my sub is beeping to come out. They ignore it, finish making another online order before taking mine out. Finally the guy finishes my sub and wraps it up. The lady is ringing me up, very grumpily says is that it? I said I want a drink, she gave me a cup which she grabbed by putting her fingers in the cup to give to me, which is disgusting. Worst service Ive had in any establishment for years. Im not expecting the world but that was diabolical. Food is what I expected though. Dont go there if youre expecting good fast service.
