Whilst the staff were nice and friendly, the whole experience was a mess! We had to wait in a queue of about half an hour just to get in. We were told that they were short staffed and that 1 of the chefs was having to serve customers instead of cook? Most of the tables were empty and ready to welcome customers - but it wasnt until I told them Im pregnant and asked to sit down that we actually got somewhere! We were given reserved seats with high chairs even though we had toddlers with us but the coloured crayons kept them busy. It took forever to come and get our order, and we noticed that people who were seated after us, were served before us! To add to all this, they were short on certain types of noodles?! The food was very disappointing and then we had to wait again for a doggy bag.

Ooft. Been here before and it was decent. Tonight was poor in every department, though. They didn't have a lot of ingredients or something because they couldn't accommodate our order. My ramen came with different noodles and very few of them. Felt it was 50% smaller than usual. Partner's dish didn't come out until I had finished mine, plus it was extraordinarily bland. They looked understaffed in the kitchen. Still would have waited longer for something better.
