Dr Marilena Tzafettas

Marilena has been amazing. Weekly she was incredibly proactive with helping me through my anxiety. All of her techniques worked so well, I couldn't have got to where I am today without working through all of this with her.

Marilena has helped me immensely through some of the hardest parts of lockdown and personal issues. I have always felt very safe and comfortable during the therapy sessions and she has taught me different tools that brought great results to my everyday life. I am forever grateful to her; for all her kind and warm words and her calm approach. A bonus point is her office, which is lovely and very cozy :)

From the start I was very impressed with Dr Marilena's approach and how easily she recognised the challenges I was facing. During our first session she clearly outlined how we were going to work, measure progress, as well as what was expected from me. I felt very much cared for and in a safe, trusted environment knowing that I receive guidance and tools that will support my journey. After each session, I was able to walk away with a new learning. Dr Marilena helped me properly name emotions and feelings. Her pragmatic yet deeply empathetic approach will fit any personality. I'd recommend Dr Marilena 100% to anyone who is keen to embark on an awareness journey to improve their lives.
