He was extremely knowledgable about my line of enquiry (block management services) and very happy to share his expertise with me on an initial call.     Avoid at all cost ! Installed cameras in a residential block without leaseholders permission in front of residents flats doors and allowed one of the Directors to watch everybody on the self phone. Secondly refused to provide the CCTV footage which is against the ICO guidelines after the theft has occurred at the residential building ! Following that it came into our attention that mentally disturbed " Directors" of the freehold were removing post and parcels of the residents of the building without prior consultation ! Shared the TENANCY AGREEMENT with the Mortgage providers without my permission ! As well claimed 6 months is considered a short let under Assured short hold tenancy. Unable to read English law but holds a Law degree ! Hideous Behaviour ! Unhelpful ! Refused to disclose proposed repair work plans for the overseas Landlord and claimed that can only show them in the office . Unclear what repairs were agreed to do by them which later appeared to be in relation to the leak that was happening at those 2 Directors flats ! Posted me a letter without the stamp! Had to go to the post office and pay 2.5 for to get that letter from them. Incredible and shocking ! What for I am paying a service charge ! To be stalked and harassed !
