        I knew my 3 pregnancy would be harder at 40 so I decided to search for a PT who would prepare me and my body for what I knew would be coming. I had suffered in my previous two pregnancies with pain in the groin and back and I wanted to try and build some resilience to this. I met Sofia and we immediately hit it off, she was immediately great for me. She understood me and has been so incredibly supportive. She helped me get fit and strong for my 3rd pregnancy, helped me through a miscarriage of that pregnancy and then through a successful 4th pregnancy. I now have a beautiful 3 month bold baby boy and Im feeling strong and well and looking forward to the next years of recovery and then strength building with Sofia by my side.
