The car park itself is somewhat oddly-shaped with disappointingly few spaces; maybe half of which are reserved for rental cars. When I visited maintenance work had reduced the available spaces further.
Parking bays are small and densely-packed; the one free offering I found was so tight I couldn't reverse into it. After travelling all the way through the one-way car park and returning to look for an alternative I found none and had to go elsewhere.
This facility avoids a one-star review since it at least offers some parking in an area where space is at a premium and parking extremely limited. However it's apparently too small to be a reliable proposition, cramped and forbodingly dark & decrepit.
This facility could be improved massively with better lighting, an aesthetic tidy, perhaps a re-think of the parking layout and the loss of those bloody speed bumps.
Of course driving in London's never a great idea and public transport or cycling is far preferable if possible; however this isn't always the case.
