After initially enquiring via email and then not hearing anything I had to call and chase myself to arrange a viewing with Ben (which he was then late to and I had rearranged meetings for) he said hed send out an offer template to me the same day on Thursday (he didn't).
I then called the following day on Friday after he ignored a couple of texts to ask what was happening as he said he'd come back to me in around an hour after speaking with the property owners (he didn't) and then ignored me when I followed up later in the day before the weekend.
When I let Ben know the following week that I was no longer interested, again, radio silence.
I can only imagine his sales numbers werent good enough and that he had targets to hit in terms of viewings to make up for it, which would explain the behaviour from his side.
Absolutely pathetic.
