        The 5 star is for the service provided by Rebecca Vales (income adviser). In the last few weeks, I have been emailing her back and forth, in which I would ask several questions. She was very helpful, patient and provided me alternative information so I can understand better. In all honesty, I have never received this remarkable level of service from anyone working in the Westminster council. Thank you Rebecca.
