Terrible , cant call it service or Healthcare, still waiting for medication that should have taken 3 weeks and so far 11 weeks and counting

This company has not delivered twice to me, on injections i have been prescribed for every 2 weeks, i have now been waiting 6 weeks for my delivery, still no joy, why are you still allowed to be doing what you are doing? time for another inspection i think, maybe this time you will be struck off, your no good for the patients health at all!! absolute rubbish service contracted to the NHS , words cannot describe.

Bad before and after their name change to Sciensus. They're always late getting medications sorted & causing missed doses. Can not recommend.

Absolutely atrocious customer service, staff continuously lie and make excuses, they always promise a call back from a manager but no one does, ongoing same problem for weeks now. Every time you call there is no record of your previous call, no notes or anything at all left by previous person.

Poor CS and staff are just larking around in the background when patients are urgently waiting to speak to someone about their medication. This company needs to be stripped of their government contract as not fit for purpose. Promise of a delivery on a Saturday between 8am and 6pm, which was urgently required for my mother and no delivery was made. Even when calling the CS department, they assured me the medication would be delivered. Wasted the entire day waiting at home, as advised. Also told that I do not need to receive any confirmation in writing whether via email or text to confirm delivery! What an utter disgrace that a company does not seem to think its important to confirm in writing a delivery, such as vital medication warrants a confirmation email or text and secondly, to not even send out the package with no explanation as to why! . If there are any medical implications, we will hold this company solely responsible. PLEASE, PLEASE CAN THIS COMPANY BE STRIPPED OF THEIR NHS CONTRACT.
