15 a bag for any time over 3 hours and a folded suit carrier attached to a suitcase is charged separately. Its an absolute con. Staff are rude and dismissive. Come on Paddington station you are better than this.

tried to take back one bag early because the rates were ridiculously expensive and they didn't let me do that either so now i have to fork out 45 pounds for three bags. they also never told me i couldn't do that

They store luggage at an extortionate rates because they know people only use them if they don't have a better option. I could overlook that as I needed the service and didn't have time to search for others. I took a picture of my receipt as I do wherever I leave luggage behind around the world, the kicker is that upon pick-up they point out a tiny sign facing sideways that says they will charge 15 extra for not having the flimsy paper receipt, note that at no other point was I told this rule. If you look at the other reviews, you'll see this is a common theme as they pull this trick constantly. The employee then goes on a power trip that he's "trying to help me" but won't if I disagree with the policy. This is a ludicrous money grab as literally no other company in the world I have dealt with has this stupid policy when all the information needed is in the photo. So buyer beware, keep the precious paper receipt or face an upcharge plus condescension!

Really grateful for the friendly and helpful service from John and his team. Super convenient location adjacent to Paddingtons platforms and great, affordable service. Much more convenient than alternatives outside the station.
