Excellent service! Every luggage is tagged when dropped off and then checked when its collected. Moreover, the staff was super helpful when I was late to pick up my luggage. He waited until I came back from my visa application appointment. Its already 6:30 pm out of the normal collection time 6pm. He can be reached by the chat function on the Google map. The response was very quickly. I would highly recommend this luggage storage service if you are nearby Paddington station.
